A very rare and uncommon specimen from the Rutherford mines which has both a Tantalite crystal and Zircon crystals. The Tantalite crystals is black in color, well formed and in excellent condition. The Zircon crystals are octahedral in habit, an olive green color and some of the faces have a pink iridescence when viewed at a certain angle. The Tantalite and Zircon crystals rest on striated Albite crystals which are which white in color with slight iron oxide staining in places. Also present are books of Muscovite which are an olive color.

Condition: Good

Flaws: There is some damage to the Zircon crystals. The Albite crystals are not complete
