Bundles of parallel orientated Calcite crystals. The color of the Calcite is off white with gray in areas of the interior including some phantoms. On all of the surfaces facing one direction, there is a pinkish tinted overcoat of Hematite. Also present on these same surfaces, there are micro crystals of Pyrite which are barely visible they are so small. There are larger Pyrite crystals near the base at one end of the specimen and few more on the bottom. The specimen is in fair condition with some of the terminations being cleaved at the tips and two are slightly bruised.
