Mineral Specimen #1330    Polished Quartz with Inclusions

Minas Gerais, Brazil

This Quartz is water clear and has pie shaped sections of different colored inclusions. The Brazilians call these inclusions sand. The green looks like Chlorite to me and the other inlusions are likely some other Phyllosilicates. The specimen has a very high polish.
