The predominate color of this agate is shades of butterscotch. The Quartz interior has a rose color to it, especially around the edges. The elongated shape and diamond like cross section is atypical of Mexican agates which usually are round. The agate was polished by Don Langham and was part of is exhibit he would show at shows in southern Michigan in the 1960s and early 1970s. The agate has a very good polish.
