This location is famous for its highly attractive Quartz which exhibits a unique surface brightness and luster. This is a very large specimen for this location. It is essentially a mass of interlocking crystals. Because of the many surface planes, the specimen spakles with a high luster. The specimen is in very good condition. The location has been closed and underwater for more than 30 years. This specimen was collected prior to 1975.
