Mineral Specimen #1086 Lake Superior Eye Agate
Upper Peninsula, Michigan, USA
This is one of the most unusual Lake Superior Agates I have ever seen. The center of the eye is composed of clear Quartz. The specimen has a very high polish The color is an attractive butterscotch with some red at one end (and some white on the very end). The butterscotch area is mottled.
